WARCOM
WARCOM uses voice recognition and text-to-speech as its core system. It's designed to become usefull in a Airsoft, Paintball or Mission Bases Environment. Information is sometimes critical and warcom provides the option to become a more efficient team player. Asking weather information can be usefull for a sniper or drone operator, warcom always provides the updated weather information near users location. Mission leader can 'live' change parameters and information during operation when things change. This program can also be used in ARMA-3 to simulate coms.
Note that this is not intentionally made for real warfare situations because its unexpected behaviors that can occur.

Main features include :
Speech with echo effects ( robotic voice ).
Advanced timer to keep track of dead conversations.
Indicators that show voice input, voice out signal, word detection, and speech volume.
Indicator that shows TX/RX in main screen.
Activate callsigns to make them able to talk.
You can change all questions and responses, live !
Create priority questions like 'REQUEST WATER' a indicator will blink red, untill mission leader clicks that blinker off.
Option to use or not-use a password.
Save and load your commands text to file.
Realtime internet weather information in operational location.
Turn roger beep on/off.
Turn button sounds on/off.
Turn echo effects on/off.
Change the standard commands "roger that" or "solid copy"
Change transparency of the interface.
Change word detection sensitivity for better performance.

TWEAKING TO USE WITH REAL PORTOPHONE
Field-tested
I tested warcom with real portophone setup in a grass open field and this is the result:
Make sure you have selected the right microphone in case you have more connected.
Try to adjust the portophone volume on the audio input to the computer so voice recognition can hear it clear and not to loud or low.
Make sure you have a good strong db signal between porto's.
Tested over 30 meters in a open grass field works fine with proper volume adjustments.
