WARCOM
WARCOM uses voice recognition and text-to-speech as its core system. It's designed to become usefull in a Airsoft, Paintball or Mission Bases Environment. Information is sometimes critical and warcom provides the option to become a more efficient team player. Asking weather information can be usefull for a sniper or drone operator, warcom always provides the updated weather information near users location. Mission leader can live change parameters and information during operation.
If Speech Recognition and Text-to-Speech in MS Windows works then you can use WARCOM!

When warcom recieves priority questions like 'REQUEST WATER' a indicator will blink red, untill missin leader clicks that blinker off.

This version can still run unstable is a pre-release for testing. It needs Administrator rights to run properly. Check the how-to-use page for more information how to make it run on your mobile laptop or base computer. It can happen that some faulty things happen in this version.
This version works with portophone setup or just using no portophone and MS Windows audio so you can try it out.
